Joe Morrissey is a former State Senator and State Delegate having served the Virginia General Assembly since 2008 when he was first elected to the House of Delegates.  As a Senator, he served on the prestigious Senate Judiciary Committee.  While in the Senate Joe was laser light focused on Criminal Justice Reform in Virginia. 

Joe is also a former elected Commonwealth's Attorney for the City of Richmond and was a prominent Defense attorney in Virginia for over 30 Years. Joe Morrissey Once Won 54 Jury Trials In A Row  During his legal career, Joe won over 300 Jury trials in some of the most high profile cases in the Commonwealth of VirigniA.  Requesting Joe's team to fight for you is a winning strategy!
